It comes with everything you see but NOT the GoPro and NOT the iPad mini 4; they are just to show you what can fit into the foam cutout areas since this setup is very sleek and fully customizable with any hook and loop accessories you may have. The insert can be removed because it is A modular hook and loop setup. I have invested around 00 into this setup not including design hours to keep the bag ridged and sleek / compact utilizing the entire bag’s volume.
