  • Condition: Edge and corner wear. Very slight smudges / staining. Several pages in black cookbook are bent back slightly at upper right outside corner. We see no pen, pencil, or crayon marks in either book.

    This paperback cookbook was distributed to Metropolitan Life customers (in this case,
    my mother-in-law)
    by the local insurance agent.  It measures approximately 5 1/4 x 7 5/8" and has always been in a dry, smoke-free home with no pets.
    The cookbook is from 1957 and has 56 numbered pages with the index.
