    Description

((READ MY AD BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS OR BIDDING ON ONE OF MY ITEMS.))
((Our company has decided to have a new policy. Most of our items are buy it now or make an offer. If you make an offer on one of our items and I accept a cheaper price for the item payment is expected immediately. If payment is not made with in one hour of me accepting the transaction will be canceled and the item will be relisted. You will be blocked from any further purchases from our company and you will be reported to eBay. We are very sorry for having to put this policy in place. But recently 85% of buyers abuse the system and weighed up until three days to pay for the item or I end up opening an unpaid item's case against them. That means other eBay members would've had an opportunity to purchase the item and our company is out a possible sale with a good customer.))
*Please take the time to read our ENTIRE ad before making offers. Please note in the eBay agreement that you accepted when clicking a box, stating you understand ALL the rules and regulations according to eBay. It is up to all eBay members to read everybody's entire ad/description first before making an offer on any Items.
*Items that are on sale in our store, we will NOT discount anymore. Even if the item is marked, "Buy it Now" "Make an Offer." If it is on sale in our store, it will NOT be marked down anymore. E-Bay does not have an option to take the Make offer option down on a mass scale. When we have auctions sometimes we have up to 500 items on sale at a time so it's not feasible for our company to adjust 500 items for a sale that's going to last a week. I hope this clarifies any questions that may arise? Again, Please read our entire ad before making offers.
*Up for your bidding is this Vintage Metal Sign DR.Hailes Ole Injun System Tonic Used. This is another old sign that I have had for years. It was about 1976 I think the first time I saw it hanging in one of my father's friends  camp. I actually won it from him in the mid-80s when I was playing cards with him and he wanted one of my extra magazines for my gun because he had one just like it. And I wanted the sign. Guess what  I won the hand of poker with two pair.  the rest is history.  This sign is 14" x 9". It is what it is.    I recently purchased a large collection of unusual Winchester magazines And vintage sights. Over the next few weeks I will be putting up several other ones.  ((Please note any box lot up for sale we will not combine shipping with other box lots available. Items had been prepacked ready to be shipped.)) Please look at photos closely for overall condition. The photos are ALSO PART of the DESCRIPTION of the item. We take high-resolution photographs please take the time to review them. *NOTE our company is currently looking for somebody that has the technology to rebuild marbles tang sights and Lyman Tang Sights. If you know anybody or are that person please let us know.
*Our company sells quite a broad range of product. In regard to any firearm parts and pieces sold by our company the buyer must agree and understand to these terms. EBay policy and procedure states  when a buyer purchases an item they enter into a legally binding contract between the buyer and seller. By you agreeing to purchase any product that we sell we leave it up to the buyer in taking on the responsibility of the following: Any and all gun parts and pieces must be inspected and installed by a licensed gunsmith.  All gun parts and pieces we sell on E-Bay we consider as used product. It could be new old stock but we did not buy it new so we sell it as used. Our product comes from other eBay members, items purchased from individuals who have purchased parts over the years for personal use, product we purchase at gun shows all over the country,  product we purchase from gun shops and or gunsmiths going out of business,  purchased firearms that were purchased for the sole purpose of having them taken apart and the parts being sold. We have several gunsmiths and machinist that take apart firearms that we have stripped to sell the parts on eBay. We have no way of telling whether or not some of the parts we sell on eBay are remanufactured parts or original parts. I do not have a degree in metallurgy or have the ability to test to tell you how old this metal in this product is. This is why we take up close photos for your review. Once again it is the responsibility of the buyer of any and all product to have the product  inspected and installed by a licensed gunsmith. The buyer is accepting all liabilities.
*We cannot combine shipping on our items. But we will adjust shipping the best we can as long as you don't pay for the item before requesting an adjustment. Please understand some items we sell in our eBay store are on consignment and we cannot control shipping costs and or offers under some circumstances. for an example a large portion of our inventory after descriptions are written the item is Photoshop then packed wrapped sent to the warehouse. We do not unpack multiple boxes to take merchandise out and put in one box. But what we may do is take those packages/items that were in one package and put them in a bigger box.
*Terms of bidding and purchasing on any item. Per eBay policy's for buyers and sellers when bidding on an item you are entering into a legally binding contract with the seller. Understanding their terms is the responsibility of the buyer before making a bid. You are encouraged to ask questions and read over eBay's policies that change quite often.
*Please note if you purchase an item from our company we expect payment immediately. NOTE this doesn't mean we accept payments over the next 30 days to pay for your item. We do not accept food stamps. When you buy the item we expect payment. Not when your uncle let you borrow . Not when you're Social Security disability check comes in. When you hit the buy it now button we expect payment. Unfortunately eBay has us locked up in a situation where we must ship the item within so many days to keep our rating up. There is no way we can receive a check from somebody cash the check wait for the check to clear before shipping your item. We are working on ways to get around this problem at this time.
*The best case scenario we would be able to discount on items would be 10% off. Not unless you're buying multiple items. There is no guarantees with that depending on what the items are. We do not have free shipping but we will work with you on the shipping. So if our ad states, Buy it now, or Make an offer, you should already know what we will accept for price on an item. Please understand some items are on consignment and we have no control over what our customer will take for a discount on their item knowing that they are going to end up paying us the eBay fee.
*Once again I don't have to remind you items on sale in our store are not marked down anymore.
*Items that are buy it now or make me an offer please note.  We DO NOT accept offers at $.50 on the dollar. We find it extremely offensive. ((WE ONLY Discount Items not on sale 10%.)))  We automatically block any eBay member that makes a insulting offer to us. If you read our entire description  it explains how much of a discount we can really give. Those of you that are blocked we also share our block list off eBay with at least 5000 other eBay members. We share our list and it is up to them whether or not they choose to block you as well. What  we are finding is this other group of eBay members are starting to block people who are not good eBay buyers or sellers. eBay members beware.
*Items that are on sale in our store we will not discount anymore than what the sale price is. If you have read this far thank you very much and you should understand by now exactly what this statement means. So please don't waste my time or your time coming in with some bizarre low ball offer.
*On a daily basis I receive emails from eBay members making low ball offers on items. Then they make reference to one of these items sold for XYZ last week. So we have a entire team of individuals who look at related items that we sell. We compare on a weekly basis what other items are selling for. But please keep in mind you can't talk apples and oranges when making any type of comparison. For an example if somebody put something in open auction and the items sold short congratulations. Someone got a good deal. Why you would be emailing me telling me one of these sold for X amount of dollars last week that's why you are low balling me on my offer now makes no sense or difference. You should've bought that one.  Also are team that reviews all of this product we find it very interesting that people claim  one of those items I have listed just sold for XYZ last week but when I look at recently sold and go back and look at that item they make reference to. The item had no blue left on it,  didn't come with a set of screws,  had damage for examples. Our items are what they are the prices are what they are so buy it don't buy it but don't insult us. We work very hard greeting and reading our items compared to other products out there and putting items in certain price ranges.
*WE HAVE A NO RETURNS EXCEPTED POLICY AT THIS TIME. Now if our company screws up and send you the wrong item and you provide photographic documentation that the item was damaged during shipping or we sent you the wrong item then we will take care of the situation. We always have done that for people. We used to have a return policy but people abused the policy and when you sell a 0 scope and the customer complains its broken so we accepted the return and we get a Tasco scope that's broken and we reported to eBay. EBay favors with the buyer almost every time. So were out 0 although we have provided photos to eBay. Because of eBay's attitude towards its sellers this is why we have had to go to a no return policy. Were very sorry but the first six months that we did this we lost ,000 due to fraudulent eBay members. Once again were sorry we've had to come up with this policy at this time.
*If eBay or its decided you can return an item you are fully responsible for all shipping costs. No refunds will be issued  not in less returns are discussed through email and those emails will be directed through the eBay website. We find it very interesting eBay doesn't want anybody to communicate with each other in till after the sale is over. But when it comes to a dispute then they want you to go outside of eBay and they give up your phone number and things like that. So first thing we actually have to decide if were going to accept the item back. Individuals who claim items are not as described or it does not fit your gun for an example must send us photographic evidence of such issue before accepting any returns. Making reference to this description being a legally binding contract between the buyer and the seller it is a requirement we receive photographic documentation of damage items so it can be reviewed not just  by us but by eBay. When it comes to used gun parts that's exactly what they are they are used were selling them as used. We encourage you show them to your gunsmith prior to purchasing them. Everybody has their own ideas and this is why we take up close photos.  Also any item returned must have a copy of the eBay invoice inside the package.  We receive packages from people all the time and we have no idea who the person is or how to refund them if this information is not provided. Individuals returning items not in the same condition as received will not receive a full refund. Individuals who return product that is not what we sent them will be prosecuted. We will file police reports and if necessary take you to small claims court.  If we win the case you will be responsible for all legal fees.  Con artist beware.
*I will not ship outside of the United States (no exceptions to the rules) We also do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska At this time. When our company did ship to Hawaii not one package we mailed to that state ever got there. So we lost the money. We had similar problems with items going to Alaska. Also the cost to ship to Alaska in the packaging we have the cost is just too much. Our company works on a very small margin and can't afford to take any more losses than we already do in a course of a year sorry. Also when we were shipping packages to Alaska we had so much fraud going on we just had to stop. Sorry a few bad apples rune it for everybody.
*When having open auctions we will not and the auction early for anybody. When the auction is over if the item is not purchased it will be relisted but not at a cheaper price. It will never be cheaper than the starting price in a auction. I will not negotiate price after the auction is over (no exceptions to the rules).
*My other job requires me to travel so most of the time I am not where the items are. Also for the most part when we get items, a description is written for the item. The item is Photo shopped,  then the item is packed wrapped and sent to the warehouse. Because of this it is almost impossible for me to provide additional photographs or measurements of items listed. I apologize in advance for any inconveniences. Once again we had too many eBay buyers abusing the situation. We would go to the warehouse we would unpack the item take extra photos and not one time out of 100 times we  conveniently did this for customers they did not buy the item. Once again a few bad apples ruin it for everybody.
*Thank you for taking the time to read this and understanding the terms of bidding. We hope to do business with you, although our rules are very strict, we are following the guidelines of eBay's policies and procedures. For those individuals who do not read eBay's policies and procedures which is a requirement of yourself. When you purchase an item from a seller on eBay you are entering into a legally binding contract. I heavily recommend  buyers read eBay policy in regard to this.
