Vintage 70s Abstract Geometric Shapes Buildings Mixed Media Painting Modern Art

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a very nice professionally framed and matted original mixed media painting by artist, Sue Kohl.  Circa '70s.  Appears to be done primarily in graphite and ink, with some traces of watercolor throughout in the background.  Theme: Geometric shapes the form buildings / houses.  It is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the paper (see photos).  It'll make a welcome addition to any modern interior setting.  It's a great size too! - not too big, not too small!
Measurements:  Including the wooden frame, approx. 17" high x 19" wide.  The visible artwork, excluding the matting, measures approx. 10.5" high x 13" wide.
Condition: Excellent - no noticeable problems to report.  The frame shows very gentle traces of wear from age and handling, but nothing bad whatsoever.  It is structurally solid, with a wire hanging mechanism attached to the reverse side for hanging.  Displays well, and is ready to be enjoyed in a new home!  Being sold "as-is", "as-described".
