We recently purchased a HUGE amount of Collections Etc Home decor from a business that closed down....we had to open all of the boxes to take photos. Item will come pre-opened but unused.
We are closed from Friday 3pm to Monday 9am. We cannot answer emails until Tuesday due to weekend orders.
We do not accept partial refunds. If there's a problem with the order simply open a return...no need to contact us.
We do not ship larger items to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii

We ship within 1 to 2 business days...usually 1. Anything over will ship either Fed Ex or UPS. We have a large handling time due to USPS incompetence. We have been seeing 3-4 week delivery rates for first class mail and half the time they don't even bother scanning the item until it delivers..this is not always the case. We have lost hundreds and hundreds of $$ due to their incompetence and their new post master general within the last 3 months and ebay is doing nothing to help the problem.
