The Aluminum Chainmail Aventail with Dagged Edges helps to make it easy to become a ferocious looking warrior without all the weight of normal armour. Historically, aventails bolstered the coverage of helmets, attaching to their sides and back. Firstly, this chainmail aventail comes in one size. It consists of 16 gauge aluminum round rings. Then, round rivets secure the rings together, giving the chainmail additional strength. The 10 millimeter diameter rings have a traditional 4-in-1 weave pattern. Also, the bottom edges of this chainmail have a dagged pattern that will add extra interest to your ensemble. It is great for a variety of characters and personas. Being made of aluminum, the aventail will not rust and is lighter than steel. Therefore, the Aluminum Chainmail Aventail with Dagged Edges is ideal for stage productions or practicing for LARP events.
