Rare India Gold Fanam Coin 11th-13th Century: Mughal Empire, Indian States

I purchased several of these approx. 20 years ago when there were few to find here in the US. Excavations in the last 2 decades and the internet have revealed more since. Prices on these back then was around 0-0 each from coin dealers. These are considered the smallest gold coins that were used in circulation. Each little coin like this has a tiny stamp of an animal or symbol.
Reads 0.02 g on my jewelry scale.
2.1-2.8 mm.
Unsure of actual date of this particular little coin, but I purchased them all within a year or two from the same coin dealer that stated they were 11th-13th century finds.
Gold Fanams from Indian States
The word fanam was first used in the twelfth century when these types of coins were already in use.
Many Southern Indian states issued small gold coins called Fanams from 1700 - 1830 which are larger than this one here for sale.
Fanams were the smallest gold coins issued by any of the Indian States. States which issued gold fanams include Maratha, Mysore, Cochin, Coorg or Kurg, Travancore, Negapatnam (for circulation in Ceylon), Tuticorin, and the Mughal Empire.
