PEZ has had animal characters for many years, but in October of 1996, they issued a slightly quirky collection called Kooky Zoo, featuring Hippo, Lion, Elephant, Koala (known as Blinky Bill), and Gator.  Two years later, 1998, they issued a color crystal version of the zoo with Hippo, Lion, Elephant and Gator followed soon after with a clear crystal version. In 1999 the addition of Crazy Animals to the Zoo series featured Camel, Frog, Octopus, and Shark
first on Hungary stems, then on Slovenia stems in 2000.
In 2000 they issued a crystal version of Camel, Frog, Octopus and Shark as production shifted to Hungary.
This listing is for the various Kooky Zoo Animals issued between 1996 and 2000.
