Use instructions
Pull out the extended ruler
Pull out the fold-out arm to an angle of 90 degrees.
There are 9 round sponge mats on the bottom of the paper cutter to ensure that it is not easy to slip when you cutting paper.
Max cut 12 sheets paper
lift up the transparent ruler rail from the side ,set 12 sheets paper to the guided position, lay down the ruler rail back.
slide back and forth with a bit of pressure on the orange blade square and you will have the straight cuts easily.
Quick change blade
Slide the orange blade square to the middle of the transparent ruler rail
Prop up the ruler rail wider to take out the original blade square
Keep the rail wider and fill in a new blade square
