*Condition definition:
A) Excellent: Minor flaws or damage to slide surface, visible only under close inspection in specular or raking light
B) Good: Flaws that draws the eye under normal viewing conditions once known or seen
C) Fair: Flaws immediately apparent under normal viewing conditions
D) Poor: Major flaws and damages like dents, marks, scratches, and color shift but still good for scanning and digital enhancement

We offer slides and negatives, both originals and duplicates, photos in different sizes. Zoggavia is auctioning and selling these collectibles on the internet since 2001. Still on a hobby basis we established zoggavia as a brand standing for quality classic aviation photography.
Shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days from the time of order. These will go by standard mail unless you require registered mail. All orders will be packaged appropriately to avoid damage in transit.
Delivery time will vary from country to country, but we allow a maximum of 10 days in Europe and 30 days worldwide. Please notify us if we have not received the items within these time periods.
Returns
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you change your mind, be confident that you can easily return any unwanted items. To return an item please send us an email for return authorisation quoting your order reference. Simply indicate the reason for your return. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition that you receive it, including the invoice, and wrap the package securely (the packaging they arrive in can often be used for the return).
The postage for returns is paid by the buyer we however take care of the new occurring postage.
We will replace faulty items with the same product or give you a refund if the image is no longer available. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of goods. Please post returns to our address shown in the contact page.
Exchanges
We can exchange goods within 14 days from delivery. After this we can only exchange items if they were received faulty or if the wrong item was received incorrectly. The item must be returned in the condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We can refund goods within 14 days from delivery. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Wanted
If you have a collection of aviation and transport slides, negatives or photos from the 1980s or earlier, that you are looking to sell then please contact us.
We prefer to buy the collection outright to sell. However we can also work with you if you want to sell your items with us on a royalty based system, or by splitting the profits.
