Original 1930S Federal Housing Administration Poster Linen Backed FREE SHIPPING

For sale is an original poster from the Federal housing administration program. I believe this is from the 1930s. This is a large poster advertising modern home ownership through the Federal housing administration program. The early version of the mortgage. The actual poster measures approximately 28 inches wide by approximately 40 inches tall. This poster has been professionally restored and professionally mounted on linen.
Some of these posters were found in an unoccupied office building in Northwest Ohio back in 2014. They had heavy damage to them, and were separating among the crease lines. I had a few of these posters sent to a professional restoration service, and they did an amazing job. The only issue with this poster, is that there is a “wave” to it since it has been stored rolled up. This would come out when framed. This poster, at this size, is very hard to find… Especially the size. I have one of these in my private collection framed and it looks wonderful.
