ORIGINAL 1800s FOLK ART SCHOONER SHIP FIGUREHEAD CARVED EAGLE - A BEAUTY!
Bought from local estate.   Approx 46 1/2" long, 14 1/2" high, 10 1/2" wide at widest point.    Carved out of pine, all original, untouched and uncleaned, can see remains of paint and some gilding.   Has some chips, cracks, etc.    Amazing untouched piece, supposedly came from a local Long Island 1800s schooner, an elegant piece of American maritime history.   G
