My Fair Lady Movie Promo Book 1964.  The cover corners are worn and the spine is faded.  The inside front cover has some areas where it is pulling away from the inding.  The first page is ripped in several places.  Inside the back cover, you will see that there is a manufacturing defect where the paper doesn't come all the way up to the binding, leaving some of the cardboard exposed.  All of the pages are in excellent condition and they are tight within the binding.  Please examine the photographs carefully as great effort has been taken to accurately document the condition of this book.  Shipped to you via USPS Media Mail.
