Exceptional condition considering age. Clean. Pristine red, white, and blue plaid cloth covering, Blue vinyl seat has no tears or stains. Wheels roll freely. Springs are in excellent condition, they really make this buggy/stroller feel solid and smooth when moving. This one is not just for show, but also to use for your kids or grandchildren. It converts from buggy to toddler stroller, with an extra seat in back if desired. 3 positional as photos show. Underside white lining of canopy is fraying as last photo shows.
