    It fits a variety of vehicles and semi trucks.
    The General Motors part number is 12135164.
    The pin out is identical with the mini fuse standard. However, the housing of this breaker is considerably larger than a standard ATM blade fuse (see last photo).
    Also, the pins are not centered. Keep this in mind if you are considering replacing ATM blade fuses with these breakers.
