    Faux-leather spiral-bound year book/planner/calendar measures 5 1/4 x 8 inches. Features year-long planner, calendars for 1972 and 1973, record of tax deductible payments, record of insurance policies, time differences, postal information, glossary of insurance terms, et al.
    New in gift box, never used. Box shows some wear and damage.
    The Fischer Insurance Agency was founded in Staunton, IL, by Henry August Fischer (1861-1950) circa 1887. Henry's son, Edward D. Fischer (1898-1983), later assumed control of the agency. The year book/planner/calendar bears the agency's old address at 213 West Main Street, Staunton, Illinois. The original building, which has "First National Bank" engraved at top, still stands.
