    I adhere to eBay’s Payment Methods & therefore accept forms of payment including, but not limited to: PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple/Google Pay, etc.
    *IF YOU WIN AN AUCTION, or make/accept an offer that goes through, you have 2 business days, according to eBay, to pay for that item.
    If I do NOT hear from you about that item, or the item is not paid for, and you have not reached out to me to either request a payment deadline extension or specific payment plan with me, then after 2 days of me contacting you with no response, your order will be cancelled.
    **However, if you reach out to me/keep in communication about your payment status, I am open & willing to work with you.
    If Payment is NOT Received
    within 1 week (disregarding special circumstances), then I will send you a courtesy message letting you know about the cancellation of your order.  That will proceed to result in an open “unpaid items” case- so please try to pay as soon as you’ve been notified of your winning/offer acceptance & only bid/offer on items you intend to purchase.  I do not hold items (disregarding special circumstances).
    My Personal Handling time is 2 Business Days.  I will always ship orders as soon as I can, however want to err on the side of caution, due to unexpected delays.
    My Business Days technically run from Monday to Friday, and I apply the same rules to both the Buyer and the Seller (myself) when it comes to handling business on the weekends.  I do not count Saturday, Sunday, or any Holidays as days that count towards Business Days, Handling/Tracking Upload/Shipping Time or as quick of a response time as usual.  I give the same respect to my Buyers, and do not pressure or expect extra communication and/or any payments to be made on the weekends.  (i.e. If You win/get an offer accepted, for an item on Friday evening and do not pay immediately, I would consider 2 business days to be the following Tuesday).
    SHIPPING
    :
    I almost exclusively use USPS as my shipping carrier.  I am open to other options, but ONLY at Buyer request.  Once I hand the item/order over to USPS, please remember & take into account, that shipping is then out of my control.  Due to the increase in shipping & online transactions over the past 12 months, shipping can sometimes take longer/be delated, which unfortunately I cannot help, but I will help in any other way that I can if the Buyer Requests I start a claim, contact USPS myself, etc….

    RETURNS ARE NOW OFFERED at Court’s Consignments!
    To get a return/exchange/refund through me, a Buyer must take the correct steps that I require in order to give one.
    They must prove to me through 5+ photos, sent to me through eBay messenger, that the item they received was not the same as how it was described at the time of purchase.
    The buyer is then responsible for paying any return shipping costs.  (The item in question must be sent back to complete the return/exchange/refund).
    The item must be returned within 30 days of the Buyer’s Request to return/exchange/refund the item.
    If the item has been damaged in transit- that would be a refund that the Buyer will either need to get back from USPS or eBay.
