Blue Cross Blue Shield celluloid pin badge - Des Moines IOWA estate Memorabilia

Description

Old cello piece found in Iowa, measures 1 1/4" (pictured with dime for sizing purposes).  Paper label insert in back leads me to believe this is very old.  It has faded some, and there are a few light brown spots as you may see.  Thanks for looking !!!
