    Description

    No damage.  Never used.  No maker's mark on this one.  Probably faux PU leather just gauged on the lightness and thickness of this.  Depending on height, this is either a neck to chest or neck to waist restraint.  Arms go behind you into the belt buckle straps.  Neck and chest/waist are fastened with small padlocks which are included.  Lots of notches for a wide range of fits and sizes on the neck and chest/waist areas.  This is for a smaller size neck.  I'm 16.5 neck and this is too small for me.  Better suited for a petite women or fem guy in that regard.  You bears--nope.  Just ain't gonna work.
    Neck:  approx. 4.5" in diameter at is largest.  Strap is 17.5" long but from hook to last slot length is 15 3/4", hook to closest slot is 13".
    Wrist cuffs have 7 holes for adjustability and will fit the smallest to largest wrists out there.
    Chest/waist: approx. 12" in diameter at its largest.  Strap is 38 3/8" end to end, but adjusts from 22.5" long hook to slot to 37" long hook to slot.
