This listing is for a
brand new
pair (2) of black 26" wide modular plastic pontoons. This arrangement of floats is NOT intended for people to ride on (12' is the minimum length of this size float set due to the height of the float), but is made to be a base for pump boats or USV (unmanned surface vehicles) equipment that is remote controlled or automated. This pontoon set consists of a total of 6 float sections that are held together by your frame. Please be aware that this listing is not for a complete boat, but only for plastic floats that you can use to make a small boat, but we do offer full frame systems for this arrangement. Our floats are made here in the US out of HDPE plastic (same material that milk jugs are made from) and have a wall thickness that ranges from 1/4" to 3/8", depending on what part of the float you are analyzing. This material is super durable and made to withstand both high and sub-zero temperatures. Unlike aluminum pontoons, our tough plastic floats are super impact resistant and will not dent or corrode over time. Our floats have a non-water absorbent foam filling as well. This means that if you ever managed to puncture one (we have not had a customer puncture one in over a dozen years), you simply can't sink!
With this kit, you get 2 nose cones and 4 straight floats. All the float sections are 36" long, making an assembled length of 9' per pontoon assembly. Each float has a set of mounting channels built into the top that will accept a 1.5" wide rectangular metal tube or wooden timber (fits nominal size 2" boards). All of the floats have molded-in holes for 5/8" diameter bolts, and we have provided dimensioned diagrams for the two types of floats that are included in this set.
Our floats ship out of Marked Tree, AR, and ship via truck freight on skids. With this size float, we can fit up to 8 individual segments on a pallet. Due to the vast differences with shipping scenarios with truck freight and delivery addresses, we are not able to provide a shipping calculator in this listing.

WARRANTY
Our floats have a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This period starts the day that the floats leave the factory. If you receive a product and find a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the part at no cost to you after pictures of the defect are received. Crash damage, misuse, and abuse are not covered under warranty. Once again, the warranty period is 365 days from the date the parts ship from the factory.
PAYMENT TERMS
When making your purchase, payment is due immediately. We accept payment via PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers through the eBay payment system and PayPal.
SHIPPING
Due to the inaccuracy of the eBay freight calculator, we are not using it. We have this set of floats listed for free local pick-up, but we do have very reasonably priced shipping available. If shipping is required, please contact us with your complete shipping address (the zip code alone is not enough to provide a quote) before making your purchase. We will be happy to provide you with a quote.
