Offered .......an estate 18K solid gold enamel tropical fish brooch.
The piece is marked
ITALY 18K
. The enamel scales are done in glittery and opalescent pastel colors, while the area around the eye is a vivid sapphire blue and the eye itself is emerald colored enamel. These colors combined with the distinctive bright 18K yellow gold makes for a stunning eye-catching piece. There is a pin & safety catch at the back.
The fish is about 1 inch tall by 7/8 inches wide and the piece weighs about 3.85 grams of 18K gold.
The brooch is in excellent pre-owned condition with perfect enamel and no damage.
